B&B Butchers & Restaurant Proprietor, Benjamin Berg, along with co-chairs Allie Fields and Lisa Oren, hosted a charity luncheon honoring the ladies of the Catwalk for a Cure gala, which benefits the Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation. The seated lunch, hosted in B&B Butchers & Restaurant's upstairs dining room and newly updated rooftop patio, kicked off the upcoming gala on Thursday, November 5 at The Astorian. 
 
More than 50 Houston fashionistas, all donning fierce cat ears, mixed and mingled while sipping on Moscow Meows, bubbly and wine. Everyone enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a seated lunch (menu attached) and walked away with swag bags from Saks Fifth Avenue. In addition to unveiling the gala's highly anticipated live auction items, which included fabulous jewels from Tenenbaum & Co., guests enjoyed a fall fashion trends video by Saks Fifth Avenue. The chairs took pre-orders for the champagne pull at the gala, and raffled off a two night stay for two at the Little Nell in Aspen (valued at $2,000), which was won by Melissa Strong.
