Members of the Houston Can Academy Hobby Campus Student Council were recently given the opportunity to visit the Houston City Council. The students met with Councilman Robert Gallegos and learned about his daily routine as a City Council member. They shared with him their passion for helping to improve the community and city through activities at their school..

Councilman Gallegos then invited the students to sit in on a City Council session and receive a behind-the-scenes tour of City Hall.
