THE GRAND presents A Tribute to Benny Goodman

 

GALVESTON ISLAND, TEXAS (December15, 2017).  On Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 8pm, The Grand 1894 Opera House presents The Julian Bliss Septet in A Tribute to Benny Goodman. Julian Bliss is one of the world’s finest clarinetists, excelling as a concerto soloist, chamber musician, jazz artist, and tireless musical explorer. His passion for the music of Benny Goodman began when Julian was age 7. In 2010, he joined a handpicked selection of some of the best musicians on the jazz scene to form the Julian Bliss Septet. Their exceptional musicianship and stunning showmanship have thrilled audiences worldwide.
