Hilltop International Christian Center (ICC) is the official prayer booth sponsor for the fourth annual Faith Fest 2016, which will be held on Saturday, November 5 at Heritage Park at 500 Collins Street in Conroe. Gates open at 1:00 p.m. with lawn seating only. Festivalgoers are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.

Organized by a group of local community Christian leaders, Faith Fest 2016 is an all-day festival that unites churches and leaders of Montgomery County for a common goal of making the community better.

“This festival has been designed for families to celebrate the unity in the community,” said Eloka Uzodike, lead pastor of Hilltop International Christian Center. “Our ministry wanted to support this unity with prayers for festival attendees.” Manned by multiple prayer intercessors, the prayer area will be open the entire length of the festival for attendees to submit a prayer need, pray for someone, or receive immediate prayer support.

With Faith Fest, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3), and the participation from several local churches, Faith Fest 2016 has been actively preparing for this event and has brought together Christian performers for attendees to enjoy, including the following:

• Main Stage Music Act: Brandon Heath, a famous Nashville recording artist who began his career locally at The Woodlands United Methodist Church
• Keynote Speaker: Don Piper, Author of New York Times Bestseller 90 Minutes in Heaven, and a movie of the same name
• Other Music Performers: Erica Honore, Chad Shrader, Chris Degen, Dossey, and Rex Robards and the Grateful

Funds raised at this year’s festival will benefit several area non-profit and charitable organizations, including St. Vincent de Paul of Conroe, All the King’s Horses, Home of Hope, Compassion United and Crisis Assistance Center.
